I just lifted this from Jo's blog (Me Lil Irish Thots). I've always adored Josh Groban's rendition of this beautiful song. The video made me cry. I vaguely remember this movie being released a few years ago. Now I wish I had actually seen it. Maybe I'll look into renting it, now that I've seen this clip.

Josh's voice is just unbelievable....my favorite is the Believe song from Polar Express (and awesome book and movie!). These songs really do make me cry...even more so the older I get.
Happy Holidays to you and yours, my friend.
May the spirit of Christmas live in our hearts everyday!!
peace

this song also makes me cry like there's no tomorrow nomatter who sings it. my mom loved it, but it also reminds me of christmas's past... merry christmas hon. be happy. you are loved more than you know.
Gorgeous voice. And I haven't seen this movie either. But, my daughter saw it and her one question when she came home was: "If the wise men brought all those priceless gems to Mary and Joseph, why weren't they set for life financially?"
She always makes me think.
And is it a bad thing that as I watched it, I was lusting for Joseph?
Maria, you are hilarious!!! But, I'm kinda right there with ya! I think he looks a bit like Gilles Marini. I actually thought maybe it WAS him, in his first role as an unknown actor. But, there's something different in the mouth. (Gee, do you think I spent a little too much time thinking about this!?)
Santa Claus is alive and well in the hearts of children who believe all around the world. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy.
~Happy Christmas and Merry New Year from our family to you and yours
