I just drove this little puppy home from the dealer. It's technically MY car, although we bought it for Stud. This kid has no idea how lucky he is. At least I don't think he does. But, he needs a car to get back and forth to school, and hopefully a job soon! Actually, he's been working at the bar, cleaning, for a couple of months now. My brother is hoping he'll be able to start coming 3 days a week now. That should be just enough pay to cover car insurance and gas.This car is so freakin' cute!! I'm seriously thinking about keeping it for myself, and giving Stud my truck. Yeah, he's thrilled...

When each of our boys got their license we bought them an inexpensive car (the ONLY one we bought for them!) That allowed us to get out of carpool obligations and let them get to the jobs they needed to get to pay for their insurance.
Congrats. We bought both of our kids cars too--but they were a little older, in college. While in HS, my husband started taking subway and let them have his car.We paid all their expenses, but they were good kids who worked and saved their money. My daughte bought her own house at age 22.
Nice car...he is a very lucky boy to have a great mom who is always looking out and supporting him.

That is the cutest car ever. Don't share. He should get the old one and you get the new one. That is how it works. I swear, it works that way.
