Why would anyone want to make an omelet in a bag? Just wondering.
I think the idea was to be able to make several at the same time, like if you had guests over. If you look at Melissa's page, the directions there say to have each person write their name on a bag, then create their own omelet with the ingredients they like. I think it says that you can make 6-8 omelets in a large pot. You couldn't make that many at once the "regular" way, so I guess it's a pretty good idea.
