Why do I want to bitch-slap this nutball?

I've posted many times about the Friday feature in the Chicago Sun-Times called "This Week in WTF?" Here's a wacky little gem from today's post.



I know it's wrong, but I want to throttle this freak!! Actually, I'm sure it's all a kooky act, but it still irritates me.

Thank God this was also there today to make me smile.
