Hopefully feeling better this morning........................... Be good to yourself and stay in the zen place and calm those shingles. I had them and it's not fun. On my face. I caught them in time and the docs were able to be aggressive enough with meds in the first couple days that it didn't last long. I was lucky. But they are so wrong on every level. Big hugs to you.
